Shipping Policy
General Shipping Information
In-stock orders placed before 3 pm EST generally ship on the same business day unless otherwise noted. Our business days are Monday through Friday; we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major US Holidays.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number within 1-2 business days from the time it is shipped. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in your account order history.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipments are delivered Monday-Friday except on U.S. Holidays.
Large Orders
We cover all freight costs on standard shipping orders over $1,000 in the USA, excluding Hawaii & Alaska. ATRIH Technologies reserves the right to select the most cost-effective courier service on all freight orders.
For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Orders of $1,000 or more will require extra verification and may be delayed as a result.
Reschedule Shipping Date
The customer is responsible for all freight re-consignment delivery fees should he/she cancel, reschedule, or refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and where you are shipping to. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and then proceeding through the checkout. You will need to fill out your shipping address to view the shipping options and cost. You will have the opportunity to review the shipping options and costs before submitting your order. ATRIH Technologies reserves the right to request additional funds when shipping to islands within the United States.
Shipping Outside of the U.S.
We can ship our products to a freight forwarder from our factory who can then ship abroad. Please e-mail info@atrihtechnologies.com for any shipping inquiries outside the U.S.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/Military Address
At this time, we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes or an APO/FPO/Military address.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to contact us for a return/exchange.
Please contact us at info@atrihtechnologies.com to authorize the return. Have your order number or name the order was placed with ready and we will email you an RMA (return) number and instructions for the return within 48 hours.
If we shipped you an incorrect or defective product we will send you a return shipping label.
As soon as the product has been received on our end, we will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase.
Other returns and refused packages will incur a 30% re-stocking fee plus freight.
**ATRIH Technologies is not responsible for any shortage claims once the material is cut/used. **
Returned items need to meet the following guidelines:
• The item is in its original box and original packaging
• The item has not been used or cut in any way.
Should the return not meet any of these guidelines, further additional fees may occur or the return may be refused with no refund.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders will not be canceled or modified either in whole or in part after ATRIH Technologies has shipped to the Buyer. Refunds on orders canceled prior to shipping will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
